This is Monday to Friday, hybrid role. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? * Provide first and second-line support for operational systems and applications across Finished Vehicle Logistics. * Act as the main point of contact for system queries, incidents and service requests. * Investigate and resolve system issues, escalating complex problems to IT teams, vendors or global support where required. * Manage user accounts, access permissions, system configurations and master data.
