## Description

Seeking for a skilled Salesforce/CRM Tester for testing Salesforce applications and utilizing Azure DevOps for designing, maintaining, and executing test cases., * Work in an agile environment and understand agile methodologies.

 * Participate in vendor requirement sessions and write Test Plans/Test Suites in Azure DevOps.
 * Collaborate with customers, vendors, and the Development Team to define Test scripts based on requirements.
 * Interpret requirements/user stories and write test cases using Azure DevOps.
 * Identify automation frameworks and recommend improvements.
 * Collaborate with developers to ensure testing results meet performance and scalability requirements.
 * Develop and write automated test scripts and plans.
 * Ensure solutions adhere to security guidelines and standards.
 * Devise a training plan for a smooth transition to Maintenance & Operations.
 * Effectively transfer knowledge and adapt to dynamic conditions.

Salesforce Testing:

 * Strong knowledge and experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
 * Participation in each phase of full Salesforce lifecycle implementations.
 * Analyze the impact of new solutions/enhancements and run appropriate regression testing.

Azure DevOps for QA Tester:

 * Document and evaluate test results and defects in Azure DevOps.
 * Ensure full traceability between test scripts, results, and client requirements.
 * Maintain and enhance existing test scripts.
