Professional Experience and Education + Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Science/Management, or a related field of study, or equivalent work experience required. + Five (5) + years of professional data analysis and BI reporting experience, including statistical analysis and data science (ML) preferred. In this role, you will play a key part in enabling data-driven decisions by gathering, analyzing, and translating complex data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights that support project outcomes. You will work closely with project teams to develop meaningful reports and visualizations, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity through effective collection and cleansing practices. The ideal candidate is comfortable creating reports and dashboards using Power BI, Smartsheet, and Excel, and using sanctioned AI tools to facilitate DAX coding. This candidate will have strong data skills and be comfortable automating workflows. Reporting to the Data Manager, this position requires strong organizational and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an in-person position at the main office or on the project jobsite.
