 * Works with Salesforce users to understand system needs
 * Builds and supports objects, workflows, reports, dashboards
 * Supports integrations and data exchange
 * Requirement gathering and translating into solutions
 * Data quality improvements and automation
 * Monitor and improve user adoption
 * Sandbox environment management and testing
 * Data cleanup and maintenance
 * Automation and flow troubleshooting and maintenance
 * User profile management
 * End-user support and training
