## About the Role

* Strategic Leadership: 5+ years of experience in analytics leadership and team management. Proven ability to grow high-performing teams and foster a data-driven culture.
 * AI & Agentic Expertise: Deep expertise in modern AI applications, with hands-on experience leveraging LLMs and agentic AI frameworks to automate workflows and optimize user experiences.
 * Technical & Analytical Depth: Strong background in statistical analysis, causal inference, and exploratory data analysis. Proficiency in Python, advanced SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, ThoughtSpot).
 * Experimentation Rigor: Demonstrated experience designing measurement frameworks and leading high-volume product experimentation at scale.
 * Superb Communication: Exceptional executive presentation skills. You must be equally credible in deeply technical settings and when presenting clear, strategic conclusions to non-technical senior leadership.
 * Industry Experience: Previous experience working in e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or retail is a strong plus.
 * Education: Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field preferred., AI, Customer Analytics, Data ScienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience | Required

Hybrid roles in Birmingham, AL typically work in-office at least 2 days per week, with core in-office days on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Hybrid roles in Minneapolis, MN typically work in-office at least 1 day per week on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

Hybrid roles in San Francisco, CA typically work in-office at least 1 day per week between Monday and Thursday.
