Hands-on experience developing and executing test solutions for electronic assemblies, circuit boards, PCBs, electromechanical equipment, or similar products. Proficiency with electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, programmable power supplies, and other common lab instrumentation. Knowledge of product validation and reliability methodologies, such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), statistical analysis, and root-cause investigation techniques. Familiarity with manufacturing processes including surface mount technology (SMT), PCB assembly, machining, metal fabrication, injection molding, stamping, and related production methods is preferred. Experience working within regulated or quality-driven environments and an understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements. Exposure to ISO-based quality systems, FDA regulations, and Quality System Regulations (QSR) is considered beneficial. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate data, and implement effective corrective actions. Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams.
