Healthcare, home healthcare, or Medicaid experience would be particularly valuable. ## Description We're partnering with a rapidly growing, mission-driven organization to identify a Principal BI Analyst who will sit at the intersection of Finance, Business Intelligence, and leadership. This is a newly evolving finance organization supporting a Minnesota business approaching $500M in revenue, with continued growth and acquisition activity creating an even greater need for sophisticated analytics. The opportunity here is to build, not simply operate. You'll partner closely with Finance and BI to determine what leaders need to understand about the business and then use Power BI, SQL, and financial data to turn that information into meaningful reporting, visualization, and actionable insight. The dashboards and analytics you develop won't sit on a shelf; they'll help leadership understand performance, identify opportunities, and make better decisions about where the business goes next. You'll also work for a Finance leader we know well.
