## About the Role

* Location: Must be local to the Charlotte, NC area and comfortable working on a hybrid schedule.
 * Work Authorization: Must be able to work directly on our W2 (No C2C, no 3rd party agencies).
 * Technical Stack:
 * Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8/11+) and enterprise ecosystems.
 * Deep experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
 * Solid understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
 * Experience with relational databases (SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL) and writing complex queries.
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice-to-Haves:

 * Experience within the financial services or banking domain.
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
 * Knowledge of Kafka, Docker, or Kubernetes.

## Description

* Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code within enterprise-level architectures.
 * Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices (Spring Boot).
 * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (business analysts, QA, and other developers) to define and deliver new features.
 * Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
 * Participate in code reviews, debugging, and resolving technical issues in production and non-production environments.
