WE VALUE * Certifications in MBSE or related fields (e.g.,INCOSE) * Experience in systems engineering, particularly in model-based approaches. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools of integrated systems (mechanical, electrical, and software). * Experience with requirement management tools, such as IBM DOORS/ELM.Experience with Matlab Simulink * Technical excellence and leadership. Proven track record of ability to produce robust technical solutions and achieve milestones on time and within budget. * Systems engineering technical process knowledge (requirements validation and decomposition, ARP4754A or equivalent). * Knowledge of Aerospace standards for Environmental Test (DO-160), Software Development (DO-178C), and Electronic Hardware Development (DO-254). * Technical experience in control system design, including closed-loop control and logic definition. * Experience with air and thermal systems, including pressure and flow management, heat transfer, and vapor cycle system., Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. ## Description You will report directly to Sr. Systems Engineer Manager for the Controls Systems Integration group, and you will work out of our Tempe, AZ or Torrance, CA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
