The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing enterprise data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Delta Lake, SQL, Python, Medallion Architecture, Data Quality, Data Governance, MDM, and Azure AI Services., * Design and implement end-to-end architecture for a Microsoft Fabric-based insurance claims data platform. * Design scalable data ingestion frameworks supporting multiple TPA file formats. * Design Lakehouse and Medallion Architecture using Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers. * Define historical data management, auditability, replayability, and record-versioning strategies. * Design claimant matching and entity resolution capabilities. * Design OLAP and OLTP processing patterns for analytics and operational applications. * Design data quality, reconciliation, validation, duplicate detection, and exception-handling frameworks. * Integrate Azure AI Document Intelligence for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data extraction. * Design security and compliance architecture for HIPAA/PHI data. * Define data retention, access control, logging, privacy, and security requirements. * Design configurable ingestion frameworks supporting multiple provider file layouts. * Establish engineering standards, architecture patterns, and technical governance. * Lead architecture reviews and technical discussions with client stakeholders. * Identify technical risks and provide architecture and technology recommendations. * Partner with engineering and delivery teams on integration standards and modernization roadmaps.
