This individual will help design and develop internal and external test fixtures for industrial battery chargers, inverters and DC back-up power systems. This person will be involved from concept investigation and design, through successful production launch and support of these test fixtures., * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar related field. * 5+ or more years of relevant engineering experience. * Strong engineering fundamentals in development and testing with microcontroller-based embedded systems. * Mastery of computer programming and scripting languages (C, C++, BASH). * Knowledge of board level communications (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, etc.). * Experience using lab test equipment such as high-speed digital scopes, power supplies, electronic loads, voltmeters, and logic analyzers. * Proven ability to investigate failures, perform root cause analysis, validate corrective actions, and support troubleshooting efforts. * Possesses the ability to develop test plans, procedures, and cases to conduct new product validation in Engineering to ensure products meet performance, reliability, safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
