As a Staff Generative AI Engineer, you will: Python Engineering * 6+ years of software engineering experience with expert-level Python * Strong grasp of clean code, data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems Generative AI, LLMs & Agentic Frameworks * Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and transformer architectures * Proficiency in frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK * Ability to build intelligent agents that automate complex enterprise workflows * Ability to design data layers optimized for AI/ML and RAG workloads Containerized Production Deployments (OpenShift) * Proven track record deploying and managing large-scale AI/ML systems in production * Strong CI/CD and software engineering best practices * Pioneer Automation with Agents: Design and implement intelligent agents capable of understanding, reasoning, and orchestrating complex workflows to automate critical enterprise business processes, driving efficiency and reducing operational risk at scale. * Build Production Systems: Lead the hands-on development of sophisticated Generative AI applications, LLM-powered solutions, and intricate agentic frameworks primarily using Python .
