## About the Role

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date., Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, * Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.

 * Experience in Java, Python, or C/C++ programming languages.
 * Experience with real-time, platform, or low-level system development concepts.
 * Experience working within Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
 * Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance as and when required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

 * Experience with Ethernet, IP/TCP/UDP, or network interface development.
 * Experience with embedded or low-level software development, including OS-adjacent or hardware-interfacing work.
 * Experience supporting HW/SW integration in lab environments.
 * Experience with National Instruments (NI) software suites.
 * Demonstrated ability to contribute to design initiatives, influence engineering decisions, and complex technical problems.
