## Description

Insight Global is seeking two Senior Backend Java Developers for a top financial services client supporting a an AI-focused technology organization. These individuals will join a highly visible team responsible for building and enhancing complex backend applications and data-driven platform capabilities that support enterprise AI initiatives. The ideal candidate brings extensive backend Java and Spring Boot experience, thrives in complex enterprise environments, and can quickly contribute to mission-critical development efforts. This team is investing heavily in future platform transformation and growth, creating a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects while helping shape the next generation of AI data and platform technology solutions. This role will be hybrid (3x per week) in Charlotte, NC (highly preferred) or Jersey City, NJ.
