## About the Role

* :Minimum 10+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years of hands-on Pega development experience
 * .Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification is mandatory

 * .Deep expertise in Case Management, Business Process Management (BPM), Workflow Automation, Decisioning, and Customer Service applications
 * .Hands-on experience with Constellation UI framework, DX APIs, and modern user experience development
 * .Strong knowledge of Pega Design Studio, App Studio, Dev Studio, Enterprise Class Structure (ECS), and Guardrail Compliance
 * .Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, Kafka, MQ, and external system integrations
 * .Experience with Pega Decisioning, Business Rules, Data Pages, Case Types, Flow Rules, and UI development
 * .Strong understanding of application performance tuning, scalability, security, and deployment strategies
 * .Experience leading large-scale enterprise Pega transformations and migration initiatives to Constellation
 * .Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Deployment Manager, Jenkins, Git, and automated testing frameworks
 * .Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models and participating in all Agile ceremonies
 * .Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture designs
 * .Experience conducting code reviews, ensuring guardrail compliance, and mentoring development teams

## Description

As a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) - Constellation, your challenge is to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade digital transformation solutions using the Pega Platform and Constellation architecture. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and enterprise leadership to drive end-to-end application delivery. Leveraging your expertise in Pega Infinity, Constellation UI, Case Management, Decisioning, Integrations, BPM, and Agile methodologies, you will build scalable, reusable, and high-performing solutions while ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and enterprise architecture standards., * Lead architecture and solution design activities for enterprise Pega applications using Constellation architecture

 * Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects to define solution roadmaps and technical strategies.
 * Design scalable and reusable application frameworks following Pega best practices and enterprise standards.
 * Drive Constellation adoption and modernization initiatives, including migration from traditional UI architecture.
 * Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Pega developers, senior system architects, and system architects.
 * Design and implement integrations with external applications using REST, SOAP, Kafka, MQ, and other integration technologies.
 * Review solution designs, code quality, and guardrail compliance to ensure maintainable and scalable applications.
 * Lead performance tuning, troubleshooting, and defect resolution efforts across development, testing, and production environments.
 * Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and successful SIT/UAT execution.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
 * Establish CI/CD and DevOps best practices for automated build, deployment, and release management.
 * Support production deployments and critical issue resolution during release and post-production phases.
 * Prepare architecture documents, technical specifications, and design artifacts to support project delivery and governance.
 * Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions leveraging Pega capabilities.
 * Ensure application security, compliance, scalability, and performance standards are met throughout the SDLC.
 * Act as the primary technical authority for Pega implementation programs and provide strategic guidance to project leadership
