Experience * Four (4) years of educational experience with two years of direct experience in any related CTE area required; Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics * Strong writing and editing skills. * Excellent organizational skills. * Ability to work well in a team environment, handling multiple assignments, and meeting deadlines. * Ability to effectively work and communicate with diverse populations. * Proficiency with business software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite-Word, Excel, Outlook and/or PowerPoint preferred). * Satisfactory score of any test required. ## Description Performs a variety of technical and administrative tasks related to Career Technology Education (CTE). Involves semi-professional tasks in support of the operation of a successful CTE school. Work involves assisting with: students, managing school recertification process (NATEF, ACF and GNA); establishing and maintaining Program Advisor Committee (PAC) members; preparing for PAC meetings; organizing and administering student certification tests, surveys; proper set up, demonstration and maintenance of shops/machines/tools/equipment; and performing other various clerical and related logistic tasks as assigned.
