 * Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
Must-Have Skills

 * 5+ years developing/supporting applications in AWS environments.
 * Backend experience with Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python.
 * Frontend experience with React or Angular.
 * Strong JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
 * REST APIs.
 * PostgreSQL or MySQL.
 * DocumentDB, MongoDB, or comparable NoSQL.
 * CI/CD pipelines.
 * Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Infrastructure as Code.
