Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment (camera-on culture) and travel quarterly for multi-day PI Planning events along the Northeast corridor. ## Description job summary: As the Director of Enterprise Agility & Operating Model, you will serve as a key strategic leader within the Fleet Ecosystem Leadership Team (FELT), an overarching governance layer responsible for steering cross-portfolio vision and execution across the organization. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Architecture, Organizational Change Management (OCM), Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Operations, you will steward, evolve, and facilitate the end-to-end Fleet operating model. You will own strategy-to-execution alignment, optimize cross-portfolio flow, eliminate systemic bottlenecks, and establish high-performing organizational cadences.
