What You'll Do: * Monitoring the MPS distribution platform and providing 2nd line support to internal teams and exhibition customers alike, for any sites presenting issues such as being offline, internal content transfer issues, etc. * Provide management and support for our exhibition customers during live broadcasts. Work with partners to support new AV equipment for our joint customers. * Supporting Asset Management team with efficient management of electronic content deliveries to ensure a "no black screen" policy and efficient delivery of film content. * Monitoring Electronic Content Delivery hardware (Filmvault/LANsat) ensuring that any faults are dealt with within the SLA.
