* Experienced in designing and developing commercial software applications.
 * Proficient in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
 * Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
 * Experienced with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
 * Knowledgeable in modern development practices including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
 * An excellent communicator with strong collaboration and mentoring skills.
 * Analytical with outstanding problem-solving abilities.
 * Passionate about delivering high-quality software and continuous improvement.

Previous experience in software engineering, backend development, frontend development, full-stack development, cloud engineering, DevOps, or related technical roles is required. Experience leading projects or mentoring developers is highly desirable.

 * Review code, provide constructive feedback, and promote engineering best practices.
 * Mentor and support junior developers, encouraging technical growth across the team.
 * Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
 * Contribute to software architecture, system design, and technical decision-making.
 * Improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
 * Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development processes.
