Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # SAP Business One Consultant - **Company:** Amaris - **Location:** Herstal, Belgium (Remote available) - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Artificial Intelligence, Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT), Identity and Access Management, SAP (Applications), SAP Business One, Warehouse Management Systems - **Published:** August 3, 2026 - **Apply:** https://be.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=6ef34e7116e822e7 ## About the Role * Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, IT, Business or related field. * Experience : ERP / SAP, SAP B1 business process consultant, Supply Chain systems specialist. * Background in pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device, GMP/GDP or other regulated environments is preferred. * Comfortable operating between shopfloor users, Supply Chain leadership, QA, Finance, IT/ERP support and Internal Controls stakeholders. * Fluent in English and French. ## Description We are looking for a SAP Business One Supply Chain Consultant to provide hands-on support to Supply Chain operational teams and to help stabilize, secure and harmonize the use of SAP Business One (SAP B1)., * Act as the business-facing SAP B1 support for Supply Chain operations, triaging user issues and coordinating resolution with IT/ERP or vendors. * Map and track recurrent SAP B1 bugs, pain points and manual workarounds, propose corrective actions and follow them through to closure. * Support root-cause analysis for operational blockages on stock transactions, inventory movements, picking/packing/shipping, BOMs and production orders. * Perform data checks, transaction testing and UAT to validate that fixes and process changes are operationally fit. * Translate SoX requirements into concrete Supply Chain ERP controls embedded in SAP B1 processes and procedures. * Define control objectives, activities, owners, evidence, frequency and escalation paths for key Supply Chain ERP processes. * Improve access governance by mapping roles/profiles, analysing segregation of duties and supporting periodic access reviews. * Create and harmonize SOPs, work instructions, user guides, flow maps and training materials for Supply Chain ERP processes. * Facilitate workshops with Supply Chain, QA, Finance, IT/ERP and Internal Controls to capture requirements and validate process & control designs. * Coordinate testing, deployment, training and hypercare, and provide clear status reporting (action trackers, risk/issue logs, decision points) to Supply Chain leadership., Joining Amaris isn't about joining a company where you simply wait patiently for a vacancy to arise.
