As a system engineer in Team FDA, you will play a vital role in building, maintaining, and scaling digital manufacturing solutions that enable operational excellence. Acting as the key link between production, external suppliers, and internal teams (such as Smart Factory, Integration, IT Infrastructure, and Networking), you combine process knowledge with technical expertise to ensure reliable, legally compliant, and secure digital operations., Your daily flow as a system engineer involves configuring, onboarding, and maintaining connected industrial devices (machines, tools, measuring equipment, PCs, tablets, scanners) and ensuring their seamless integration with factory networks. You serve as the key user and primary point of contact for manufacturing digital solutions (such as CAD/CAM, TDM, KUKA sim, EVOMA, CAQ, MOMS, ENOVIA, or SAP), providing first-line support, troubleshooting network and OT issues, and leading system updates. Additionally, you take full ownership of the digital twin roadmap for your department, leading projects to build connected digital twin ecosystems that transform how our factory operates.
