## About the Role

We're looking for a medior to senior PHP/Laravel developer who enjoys combining strong technical skills with creative problem-solving and customer collaboration., * Have solid experience with PHP and Laravel (medior or senior level)

 * Enjoy thinking beyond "the product" and co-creating solutions with customers
 * Are comfortable working autonomously and taking responsibility
 * Like variety and context-switching between different projects
 * Are fluent in English and Dutch

Nice to have (but not required):

 * Experience with Livewire
 * Docker / Kubernetes

 * Need constant direction or tightly scoped work

## Description

* Design and build custom PHP/Laravel plugins on top of the ticketmatic platform
 * Create new ticketing flows, data integrations and add-ons that significantly improve how organisations operate
 * Analyse customer needs and translate them into technical concepts and solutions
 * Collaborate directly with customers, from short alignment calls to hands-on brainstorms
 * Take full ownership of your projects: from analysis to delivery

Typical split:

 * 70% development · 20% analysis & thinking · 10% communication
