## About the Role

* Bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT, Engineering of een verwante richting.
 * Minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen IT, manufacturing of procesoptimalisatie.
 * Ervaring met een low-code platform, bij voorkeur Mendix.
 * Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe uitdagingen om te zetten in pragmatische oplossingen.
 * Interesse in productieprocessen, digitale transformatie en operationele excellentie.
 * Kennis van REST API's, SQL, integraties en ERP/MES-systemen is een plus.
 * Ervaring met Agile/Scrum, DevOps of Lean-principes is mooi meegenomen.
 * Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.

## Description

Als Mendix Analyst ben je de brug tussen Operations en IT. Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen, vertaalt businessnoden naar slimme digitale oplossingen en werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van applicaties die productie- en logistieke processen wereldwijd ondersteunen.

Je komt terecht in een internationale productieomgeving waar digitalisering een belangrijke strategische pijler is. Samen met interne stakeholders, ontwikkelaars en externe partners bouw je mee aan een performant en toekomstgericht applicatielandschap.

* Analyseren van operationele processen en identificeren van optimalisatiekansen.
 * Vertalen van business requirements naar functionele en technische oplossingen binnen Mendix.
 * Ondersteunen van de ontwikkeling, testing, implementatie en verdere optimalisatie van applicaties.
 * Samenwerken met productie-, kwaliteit-, engineering- en IT-teams om digitale oplossingen succesvol uit te rollen.
 * Begeleiden van gebruikers bij veranderingen en stimuleren van een hoge adoptiegraad van nieuwe systemen.
 * Ondersteunen van integraties met onder andere SAP, MES-systemen en shopfloor toepassingen.
 * Actief bijdragen aan continuous improvement initiatieven rond automatisatie, efficiëntie en standaardisatie.
 * Werken binnen een Agile/Scrum omgeving en mee prioriteiten bepalen met business stakeholders.
