## About the Role

* Afgeronde technische opleiding richting elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of mechatronica;
 * Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring als hardware engineer;
 * Ruime ervaring met EPLAN P8 (vereist);
 * Kennis van AutoCAD en machinerichtlijnen is een pré.

## Description

Als Hardware Engineer Industriële Automatisering ontwerp en ontwikkel je elektrotechnische besturingsschema's voor machines en productie-installaties. Je combineert technisch inzicht met verantwoordelijkheid en werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, monteurs en klanten.

Je begeleidt collega's bij hun tekenwerk, bespreekt technische aanpassingen met klanten en vertaalt deze naar complete schema's in EPLAN P8. Regelmatig controleer je in de werkplaats hoe jouw ontwerpen worden gerealiseerd en ondersteun je het team met praktische oplossingen.

* Ontwerpen en uitwerken van elektrotechnische schema's in EPLAN P8;
 * Controleren van tekeningen en begeleiden van junior engineers;
 * Afstemmen met klanten, projectleiders en paneelbouwers;
 * Toezien op naleving van machinerichtlijnen en veiligheidsnormen;
 * Verbeteren en standaardiseren van ontwerpdocumentatie.
