PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar certification is a plus. * Proven track record delivering IT projects/programmes, ideally involving ERP implementations and integrations with CRM, marketing automation, and eCommerce platforms. * Strong knowledge of SAP environments (ECC and/or S/4HANA), with exposure to SAP SD, MM, and enterprise integration architectures. * Experience leading projects with agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches, overseeing scope, governance, timelines, budgets, risks, and outcomes. * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels, including senior leadership. * Experience coordinating testing and deployment activities (UAT, cutover planning, data reconciliation, transition to operations, post-go-live support). * Familiarity with security, privacy, and data governance in regulated environments. * Salesforce exposure and related commercial processes are advantageous. * Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar). * Fluent in English (written and spoken); ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
