Deep expertise in RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) and/or CentOS , including administration, hardening, and lifecycle management. Proven experience in build automation using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of OS patching frameworks and vulnerability management processes at scale. Ability to produce architectural documentation and solution blueprints aligned with enterprise standards. These Will Help You Stand Out Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) or equivalent professional certification. Familiarity with Linux in hybrid/cloud environments , including RHEL on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with container platforms such as OpenShift or Kubernetes running on Linux infrastructure. ## Description As a Linux Infrastructure Architect , you will make an impact by defining the Linux infrastructure solution blueprint as the lead architect for the OS work package . You will be a valued member of the Infrastructure Engineering team, working collaboratively with platform engineers, automation specialists, and project leads to establish OS standards that form the backbone of a modern, resilient IT infrastructure. In This Role, You Will: Define and own the Linux infrastructure solution blueprint , establishing OS standards and reference architectures for the OS work package. Lead the build automation strategy , implementing tooling and pipelines to enable consistent, repeatable server provisioning and configuration. Design and govern the patching strategy , ensuring compliance, security alignment, and minimal impact on operational environments. Drive RHEL lifecycle planning , including version roadmaps, end-of-life transitions, and support tier management. Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams to ensure Linux infrastructure standards are integrated, compliant, and fit for purpose .
