As an ICT Infrastructure Teamleader you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the IT Infrastructure team. Together with your team, you ensure a stable, secure, and reliable IT infrastructure that effectively supports business operations. You are responsible for delivering infrastructure services, including end-user computing, servers, networks, scanners, printers, mobile telephony, and related IT services. In this role, you work closely with various Corporate IT teams that provide global support, guidance, and standards. You act as the key liaison between the local organization and Corporate IT. You oversee the progress of projects, changes, and operational activities, ensuring that local business requirements remain aligned with global IT standards and compliance requirements. Working within an ITIL-based framework, you focus on service quality, continuity, and customer satisfaction. You maintain oversight of capacity, priorities, risks, and escalations, while ensuring clear communication with both internal customers and external stakeholders. You are solution-oriented, pragmatic, and able to strike the right balance between business needs, security, and operational control. You will directly report to the IT Manager.
