## About the Role

* Abgeschlossener Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (Lehre, HTL, FH) beziehungsweise einer durch relevante Berufserfahrung erworbenen gleichwertigen Qualifikation
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung im IT-Support oder technischen Außendienst
 * Solidem Verständnis von Betriebssystemen, Netzwerktechnik und IT-Infrastruktur sowie Interesse an organisatorischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten im IT-Umfeld
 * Strukturierter Arbeitsweise, analytischem Denken und hoher Problemlösungskompetenz
 * Ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke in der Zusammenarbeit mit Service Ownern, 1st Level Support, internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Partnern
 * Führerschein Klasse B sowie Reisebereitschaft in der Region Steiermark und Südburgenland (Ausmaß max. 30%)
 * Fließenden Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

## Description

* Einen stabilen IT-Betrieb an unseren Standorten im Raum Graz (Shopping Center, Zweigniederlassung, Produktionsstandorte, externe Büros) sicherzustellen
 * Störungen an Office-Systemen, Netzwerken, Druckern und weiterer Office- und Logistik-IT zu analysieren und zu beheben
 * Installationen, Rollouts und Inbetriebnahmen neuer Hardware und Systeme vor Ort durchzuführen
 * Incidents und Service Requests bis 2nd Level zu bearbeiten und im Ticketsystem zu dokumentieren
 * Wiederkehrende Fehlerbilder zu erkennen und aktiv an Verbesserungsmaßnahmen mitzuwirken
 * Den Bereitschaftsdienst im Wechsel mit deinen Kolleg:innen zu übernehmen (inkl. Dienstpauschale)
