Desirable * Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter. * Exposure to Guidewire Cloud Platform implementations. * Guidewire certifications. * Experience with enterprise cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives. The role requires strong architectural leadership, extensive insurance industry knowledge, and proven experience delivering Guidewire solutions for leading insurers such as RSA Insurance and Intact Insurance. The successful candidate will drive end-to-end solution architecture, technical governance, integration strategy, and enterprise transformation initiatives while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready Guidewire platforms. Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. Your Role: Solution Architecture & Design * Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Guidewire ClaimCenter and BillingCenter implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs. * Define target-state architecture, solution blueprints, and technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives. * Establish and enforce architecture standards, design principles, governance frameworks, and best practices across Guidewire initiatives. * Conduct architecture reviews, design assurance, and technical risk assessments. Guidewire Transformation Programs * Architect and deliver large-scale claims and billing transformation programs across the insurance value chain. * Drive modernization initiatives including platform upgrades, cloud adoption, and digital transformation. * Enable operational efficiency through process automation, digital workflows, and customer-centric solutions. * Support strategic transformation initiatives involving claims management, billing operations, and customer servicing. Integration & Enterprise Architecture * Design enterprise integrations between Guidewire ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, PolicyCenter, Data Platforms, Digital Channels, and external partner ecosystems. * Provide architectural leadership for REST APIs, SOAP services, messaging frameworks, event-driven architectures, and middleware platforms. * Ensure seamless integration across insurance core systems and third-party solutions. Cloud Migration & Modernization * Lead Guidewire Cloud migration and cloud-native transformation initiatives. * Define scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud architecture solutions. * Ensure alignment with enterprise cloud strategies, security frameworks, and operational standards. * Provide guidance on performance optimization, resiliency, disaster recovery, and scalability. Insurance Domain Leadership * Provide subject matter expertise across the P&C insurance lifecycle, including: + First Notice of Loss (FNOL) + Claims Management + Billing Operations + Policy Lifecycle + Recoveries & Subrogation + Fraud Management + Claims Settlement + Regulatory Compliance * Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate insurance requirements into scalable technology solutions.
