This insight can be presented in a form of multiple artefacts ranging from: regular monthly newsletters for seniors, reports for Product Owners during backlog refinements, a direct forum with regional stakeholders, all the way through to a consolidated roadmap of optimisations driving increased adoption. Where insight and information are not available, this role supports with requirements gathering and co-ordination of projects which seek to access this information so it can be turned into actionable insights for Product Owners and seniors alike (predominantly in Salesforce retailer tech stack). The outputs of this role ensure that Retailer Systems investment decisions, product roadmaps, and performance improvements are driven by evidence rather than instinct.
