## About the Role

* Proven experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role, with strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and cloud-based services.
 * Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID and endpoint management technologies.
 * Knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and enterprise network infrastructure.
 * A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and students.
