## Description

As the Product Quality and Technical Data Coordinator you are responsible for keeping food safety data up to date and accurate, to support strong compliance with the relevant food safety accreditations. As required, you will coordinate robust, efficient, and effective complaint investigations. Your overall focus is to ensure we maintain compliance with all food safety standards, supporting the business in delivering high-quality, safe products to our customers., Data Accuracy and Management

 * Ensure technical product data is accurate and up to date across internal systems, the company website, and third-party platforms by supporting the data team.
 * Ensuring effective communication of changes to relevant customers.

Supplier Assurance

 * Supporting supplier approval & risk assessment.
 * Gatekeeper of the supplier and product approval and onboarding process
 * Conducting supplier audits as required to drive internal and external compliance
 * Co-ordinating the communication and investigation of supplier complaints.
 * Maintaining strong, positive, and collaborative relationships with all suppliers.
 * Maintaining the supplier accreditation database.

Recalls, Withdrawals, and Non-Conformities:

 * Coordinate product recalls and withdrawals in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
 * Investigate non-conformities and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
 * Ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders during incidents.

Accreditation Support:

 * Assist in the maintenance and preparation for audits.
 * Support the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Maintain documentation and records required for certification.

Complaint Management:

 * Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
 * Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to identify root causes and corrective & preventative actions.
 * Maintain accurate records and trend analysis to support continuous improvement.
 * Technical New Product Approval:
 * Review and approve new products from a technical and food safety perspective.
 * Ensure all relevant documentation (specifications, allergen information, certifications) is complete and compliant.
 * Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure smooth onboarding of new items.
 * Support technical assessments of new suppliers, including documentation review and risk evaluation.
 * Support supplier approval records and ensure ongoing compliance with company standards.
 * Support supplier audits and performance reviews.
 * Maintain the supplier approval accreditation record.
