 * Connaissance des outils de déploiement automatisé et de gestion de parc (Microsoft Intune, GPO, PowerShell).
 * Notions de sécurité informatique (antivirus, pare-feu).
 * Compréhension des réseaux de base (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Savoir-être :

 * Rigueur : Respect des procédures de sécurité et des standards de l'entreprise.
 * Sens du service : Bon relationnel pour accompagner les utilisateurs lors de la prise en main de leur poste.
 * Réactivité : Capacité à diagnostiquer et corriger rapidement les pannes matérielles ou logicielles.

## Description

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Informatique, tes principales missions sont :

 * Installation : Préparer, assembler et livrer le matériel informatique (PC fixes et portables, périphériques)
 * Paramétrage : Installer et configurer le système d'exploitation (Windows) ainsi que les mises à jour de sécurité.
 * Support et migration : Assurer la sauvegarde des données, la migration des anciens postes vers les nouveaux et résoudre les incidents techniques de premier/second niveau.
