## About the Role

Chez DFM, nous recherchons avant tout une personnalité engagée, dotée d'un fort sens du service., Vous détenez une expérience significative de minimum 3 ans sur un poste similaire

 - Vous disposez d'une solide expertise sur Exchange 2013/16/19 et Microsoft 365 ainsi que sur Windows Server 2012, 2016 et 2019
 - Une bonne connaissance de l'environnement Active Directory est appréciée
 - Vous possédez de bonnes bases en réseaux : firewalls (NAT, filtrage, VPN), switching et protocoles associés (DNS, WINS, DHCP)
 - Capacité à gérer des demandes de différents niveaux techniques.

## Description

Assurer l'intervention sur les problématiques IT (serveurs, postes de travail, Microsoft 365)

 - Prendre en charge les appels entrants, qualifier les incidents et assurer leur suivi avec reporting
 - Intervenir en clientèle pour les installations terrains, dépannages et opérations de maintenance
 - Assurer les visites de maintenance en clientèle et la gestion des problématiques des postes clients
 - Assurer le support de Niveau 1 (50%), niveau 2 et 3 (25%) et projets IT (25%)
 - Mise en place de solution de sauvegarde, firewall, antispam
