## Description

We're looking for a motivated Working Student (Werkstudent) to join our IT team and gain hands-on experience supporting a fast-paced, AI-driven technology company.

This is an excellent opportunity for a university student who wants to develop practical IT skills while continuing their studies. You'll work alongside experienced IT professionals, learning how technology operations support a growing global business.

Based in our office, you'll gain exposure to modern workplace technologies, IT service management, hardware operations, and AI-powered tools that are used every day across DeepL.

What you'll do

As part of the IT team, you'll support a variety of day-to-day operational activities, including:

 * Prepare, configure, cleanse, and manage IT hardware for employees.
 * Maintain accurate IT asset records and update internal systems to reflect hardware changes.
 * Learn and follow IT operational processes in a live production environment.
 * Support employees by assisting with IT requests and incidents through Jira Service Management and the Atlassian suite.
 * Gain hands-on experience with corporate technologies including Google Workspace, Zoom, and Claude AI.
 * Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring equipment is prepared and tracked correctly.
 * Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to the IT team as required.
 * Continuously develop your technical knowledge while contributing to the smooth running of our internal IT operations., This role is designed to help you build practical experience while studying. You'll have the opportunity to:
