Was du schaffst

 * Planung, Einrichtung und Administration der internen IT-Infrastruktur (Arbeitsplätze, Server, Netzwerk)
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Windows- und macOS-Clientsystemen
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und Office365-Accounts
 * Betreuung, Administration und Monitoring von Web- und Applikationsservern
 * Einrichtung und Pflege von Hosting-Umgebungen sowie Domains und SSL-Zertifikaten
 * Unterstützung unserer Dev-Teams bei der Bereitstellung und Wartung von Entwicklungs- und Testumgebungen
 * Durchführung von Datensicherungen sowie Implementierung von Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
 * Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (Firewall, Virenschutz, Berechtigungen)
 * Dokumentation von Systemlandschaften und technischen Prozessen
 * Technische Unterstützung bei Kundenprojekten im Bereich Hosting und Websysteme
