## Description

As a Digital Analytics Specialist, you will play a dual role: analyzing customer behavior to generate actionable business insights and ensuring robust technical implementation of analytics solutions across our websites and apps.

Analytics & Insights:

 * Analyze user behavior and identify trends across websites and apps to support business decisions in pre-sales, sales, servicing, and support.
 * Conduct proactive analyses to uncover optimization opportunities and improve digital performance.
 * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Adobe Analytics to monitor KPIs and business objectives.

Technical Implementation

 * Manage and maintain web and app data layers, ensuring accurate and consistent tracking.
 * Translate business requirements into clear tagging specifications and data layer guidelines.
 * Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to validate tracking and troubleshoot issues.
