## Description

Experteer Overview As Product Owner for the IAM IDP Active Directory (On-Prem) squad, you guide a highly skilled AD team through a strategic transformation toward automated, standardized, zero-touch services. You balance security, compliance, and operational excellence while delivering business value. You work with cross-functional partners to align technical execution with Rabobank's IAM objectives and engineering standards. This role combines hands-on leadership with change management in a security-driven environment.
