Reporting to the Supervisor, you will work closely with the Supervisor, Team Leader, and outbound team to resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth workflow execution. Your responsibilities will include identifying and resolving day-to-day issues related to systems, processes, equipment, and warehouse operations, while also contributing to the investigation and implementation of long-term, structural improvements. You will be encouraged to apply Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools to optimize outbound processes and enhance efficiency across related warehouse functions. Because Fluke manufactures and distributes a diverse range of products, you will gain experience working with a wide variety of goods, including lithium batteries, dual-use items, finished products, spare parts, pallet-sized calibrators, and highly precise components measuring only a few millimeters. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop broad operational knowledge while making a direct impact on warehouse performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Operational Support (Shipping Area) - Responsible for resolving day-to-day operational issues within the Shipping area, including Finished Goods (FG), Spare Parts (SP), and Kitting activities. Continuous Improvement & Projects - Lead and support warehouse-related projects, training initiatives, FBS activities, and continuous improvement programs. Process Improvement Participation - Actively participate in internal process improvement events and initiatives related to shipping operations. Process Analysis & Optimization - Analyze, develop, test, and implement improvements in picking, packing, shipping, and kitting processes to enhance efficiency and performance. Training & Development - Train Material Handlers on operational processes and procedures, while supporting Team Leaders in monitoring training progress and competency development. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Serve as a key liaison between Team Leaders and Troubleshooters, addressing operational issues, providing feedback, and driving process improvements to achieve departmental targets and performance objectives. Your team: As a Warehouse Troubleshooter, you will operate in a dynamic international environment at the heart of the EMEA Supply Chain. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving operational issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the smooth flow of warehouse operations.
