* Second-Level-Support und nachhaltige Störungsbehebung
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerk-, Server- und Storage-Infrastruktur
 * Betreuung der Backup- und Wiederherstellungssysteme
 * Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit, Systemverfügbarkeit und Aktualität
 * Administration und Optimierung der Geschäftsanwendungen
 * Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
 * Monitoring, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden IT-Systemlandschaft
