## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität o. Ä.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
 * Erste Berufserfahrung im Application-Umfeld, idealerweise in der Betreuung von Business-Applikationen
 * Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Produkte auf Administrationslevel, insbesondere Teams und SharePoint
 * Grundkenntnisse in IT-Security, Netzwerktechnik, Datenschutz (DSGVO) und ISO 27001
 * Erfahrung mit SQL Servern sowie ein gutes Verständnis für IT-Infrastrukturen
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zu ca. 20 % Reisetätigkeit

## Description

* Betreuung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Business-Applikationen sowie Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei anwendungsspezifischen Fragestellungen
 * Administration und Betreuung der Microsoft-Umgebung, insbesondere Microsoft Teams, SharePoint und Microsoft Office
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Security- und ISO-27001-Themen sowie Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits
 * Verwaltung und Beschaffung von IT-Hardware inklusive Peripheriegeräten und Druckerlösungen
 * Analyse und Bearbeitung von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen sowie Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Business
 * Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen rund um SQL Server, Netzwerktechnik und IT-Infrastruktur
