Sie unterstützen unseren First- und Second-Level-Support und tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, eine reibungslose Betreuung unserer Mitarbeiter sicherzustellen., * Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung, sowie Wartung einer einheitlichen Softwarestruktur

 * Schulung bestehender und zukünftiger Systeme
 * Intensive Abstimmungen mit den Schnittstellen diverser Abteilungen und Projektgruppen
 * Problemidentifikation, Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung (Telefon, Fernwartung, vor Ort)
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen und reibungslosen Betriebes der Desktop Infrastruktur - und der Softwaresysteme
 * Unterstützung der First- und Second Level Service Desk
 * SCCM Pakete / Image Erstellung / Testungen mit unserer Group IT
