## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnliche Fachrichtung

 * Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Problemlösungskompetenz

## Description

* Administration und Betreuung des ERP-Systems Cover, insbesondere Rechnungswesen/Invoicing-Prozesse
 * Erster Ansprechpartner für den Anwendungssupport interner IT-Systeme (MS Dynamics, WordPress, Censhare, Cover)
 * User Access Management: Anlage, Berechtigungen, Onboarding/Offboarding und Deaktivierung von Benutzerkonten in Cover, MS Dynamics, WordPress und Censhare, in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
 * Dokumentation von Support-Anfragen, Lösungen und Systemprozessen; Erstellung von Anleitungen und Anwendungsdokumentationen für interne Benutzer
 * Unterstützung bei Data-Analysen und Pflege von Stammdaten
 * Fehleranalyse und Lösungsfindung bei technischen Problemen in den Systemen
 * Verstehen und Analysieren kaufmännischer Prozesse, insbesondere im Bereich Buchhaltung/Invoicing
