## Description

* Betreuung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur (Client, Server, Netzwerk, Firewall)
 * Administration von Windows-Servern (on-prem & Cloud-Lösungen)
 * Pflege der Kommunikationssysteme (Telefonie, Mobile Devices)
 * Betrieb sicherheitsrelevanter Systeme (Firewall, Spamfilter, Virenschutz etc.)
 * Unterstützung bei Softwarelösungen (Office 365, CAD, ERP-Systeme)
 * Betreuung von Peripherie (Drucker, Videokonferenzsysteme, Plotter etc.)
 * 1st & 2nd Level Support für interne User
 * Koordination mit externen IT-Dienstleistern und Softwarepartnern
