* Durchführung von IT-Projekten, Workshops und Schulungen bei Kunden vor Ort
 * Beratung und Konzeption von Microsoft Infrastruktur-Lösungen in komplexen Umgebungen
 * Planung und Umsetzung von Azure Cloud- und Hybrid-Infrastrukturen
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Windows Server Umgebungen (Active Directory, File- und Print Services)
 * Aufbau und Betrieb von Virtualisierungsplattformen mit Hyper-V und SCVMM
 * Implementierung und Betreuung von Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen (z. B. Veeam, SCDPM, Azure Backup)
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Performance-Problemen in der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Planung, Koordination und eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten inkl. Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern
