A proactive mindset, attention to detail and enthusiasm for continuous learning will help you thrive in this role., * Experience designing and delivering data engineering or analytics solutions * Strong Python skills (including Pandas, Flask and/or FastAPI) * Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases * Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation processes * Experience with Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud data platforms * Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI * Experience using Git and Azure DevOps * Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions * Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills * Experience working within Agile delivery teams and DevOps practices * Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent practical experience Desirable qualifications * Azure Blob Storage and/or Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) * Azure Application Insights * dbt * Snowflake * DataOps or GitLab experience * Knowledge of data lakes, data warehouses and data fabric architectures * Understanding of data governance, metadata and information management * Azure, Snowflake or Power BI certifications #LI-LW1 ## Description In this role, you will design, develop and deliver scalable data solutions that enable clients to unlock the full value of their data. You'll build robust data pipelines, develop cloud-based data models and create intuitive dashboards that provide meaningful insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll translate complex requirements into practical, high-quality solutions that improve reporting, analytics and business performance. You'll collaborate with architects, software engineers and platform teams throughout the solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and technical design through to deployment and continuous improvement. You'll also help strengthen data governance, improve data quality and identify opportunities to modernise data platforms using emerging technologies and engineering best practices.
