You will be: * Delivery-focused and results-driven * Excellent at managing risks, dependencies and competing priorities * An accomplished communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels * Comfortable working across matrix organisations and supplier environments * Methodical, proactive and highly organised * Resilient under pressure and able to navigate complex challenges * Skilled at turning technical plans into measurable delivery outcomes, * Significant project management experience delivering technology-enabled business transformation programmes * Considerable experience coordinating technical workstreams in complex enterprise environments * Proven track record managing risks, dependencies, milestones and delivery readiness * Experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities * Experience working with internal technical teams, suppliers and systems integrators * Demonstrable stakeholder management and governance experience * Ability to operate successfully within structured programme delivery frameworks Desirable Experience * SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC programme experience * ERP transformation delivery experience * Experience within manufacturing, logistics, construction materials or other operationally intensive industries * Exposure to data migration, integration, infrastructure and service transition activities, * Degree qualified in Technology, Engineering, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) * PRINCE2, PMP, APM or similar project management certification preferred * Additional technical or IT service management qualifications would be beneficial This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a high-profile SAP S/4HANA transformation programme that will shape the future of the business. You'll work closely with technical specialists, business stakeholders, testing teams, infrastructure, security and external partners to keep delivery on track, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure readiness for critical programme milestones including testing, deployment, cutover and go-live.
