Graphic design will be the main focus, but the successful candidate must be comfortable switching between different projects and taking ownership of creative work from concept through to completion. You will initially operate independently and report directly to the CEO. Applicants should have at least two - three years' experience and a strong portfolio., * At least two-three years' graphic design experience * A strong commercial portfolio covering digital and print design * Advanced Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills * Good Adobe InDesign skills * Strong product-photography and image-retouching ability * Experience editing short-form video using Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar software * Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy * Ability to design content that presents and sells physical products effectively * Strong written English and attention to detail * Ability to work independently without a creative director * Comfortable receiving direct feedback and making revisions quickly * Organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities Desirable skills * Experience with Adobe * Experience using Figma or Canva * Experience creating content for Amazon, Shopify, Meta, Instagram or TikTok * Experience designing packaging and printed materials Previous experience in a specific industry is not required.
