The following skills and experience would be advantageous: * Experience within a professional services, financial services or accountancy environment. * Experience building semantic models and supporting self-service reporting initiatives. * Knowledge of data governance, data quality and reporting standards. * Experience using Salesforce. ## Description Are you an experienced Data Analyst with strong Power BI skills? About the day to day… As a Data Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping teams understand their data, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions. You'll combine analytical thinking with Power BI development expertise to transform data into actionable insights. You'll be getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including; * Developing, maintaining and enhancing Power BI dashboards * Working closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, business objectives and key performance indicators. * Analysing data to identify trends, opportunities, risks and actionable insights. * Translating complex datasets into clear, engaging and easy-to-understand visualisations and reporting. * Supporting data-driven decision making across operational, commercial and strategic initiatives. * Extracting, transforming and validating data from multiple sources. * Optimising data models, Power Query transformations and reporting performance. * Ensuring data accuracy, consistency and adherence to reporting standards. * Presenting findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Supporting the development of a data-driven culture by promoting best practices in reporting.
